Waste Heat
Waste Heat
This system uses the exhaust gases from cooler and preheater in dry process cement production line to produce electricity. It does not need any additional primary fuel, and does not add any pollution. It is positive to energy saving, reduce dust and CO2 releasing, lowing greenhouse, emission, thereby protecting environment.

A Waste heat power generation system with the following specification is proposed:
The Waste Heat Power Generation System will also help decreasing the generation of the CO2 of the power plant. Indeed if we consider that the Net emission factor for the grid is: 0.789 kgCO2/k Wh, the annual estimate of emission reduction in tones of CO2 is: 23000 Ton of CO2 for a 2500 TPD cement plant. This System fits the Kyoto Protocol.
